Semi-dry white wine aged in the bottle and made from grapes grown on the "Finca Can Feixes" estate, featuring the historic Malvasia de Sitges variety. This wine aims to reflect the purest and most distinctive original character of this exceptional Penedès variety.
Exclusively estate-grown harvests from "Finca Can Feixes." Hand-picked grapes selected both in the vineyard and on a sorting table upon arrival at the winery. The first “free-run juice” is obtained through direct pressing of fresh whole grapes under low pressure in a pneumatic press. Clarification of the must by static decantation. Fermentation of the must at controlled temperatures in stainless steel tanks. Organic wine.
Aged for 6 months on fine lees in stainless steel tanks. Once bottled, the wine is refined for a minimum of 2 years in underground cellars.
